Ingredients for Mango Chutney
Raw mango - 3
Coriander leaves - 1 bunch
Green chillies - 8
Coconut - 4 pieces
Cumin seeds - 1 1/2 Tablespoons
Garlic - 6 cloves
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Method for Mango Chutney
Peel the mangoes and remove the seeds.
Blend mangoes, coriander leaves, chillies, coconut, cumin and garlic in a mixer.
Mix the ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained.
Add salt and sugar gradually to the mixer while blending.
Store in a clean glass jar.
